1. Telephone bill not
older than 6 months.
2. Bank account statement not older than 6 months.
3. Letter from any recognized public authority
or public servant.
4. Electricity bill.
5. Ration card.
6. Passport.
7. Voter's Identity Card.
8. Driving License with photograph.
9. Written confirmation from the banks.
10. Lease agreement along with rent receipt not
older than 3 months.
11. Employer's certificate mentioning residence.
12. Domicile certificate with communication address
and photograph.
13. LPG (Gas) Connection Book.
14. Arms License issued by State/Central Government
of India authorities.
15. Pension payment order/book/Card issued by
state/Central Govt. of India.
16. Freedom fighter's pass issued by Ministry
of Home affairs, Government of India with photograph
of applicant.
17. ID card with photograph issued by Govt of
Jammu & Kashmir.
18. Photo Social Security Card (Smart Card) issued
by Central/State Govt or Union territories.
19. Residential Certificate issued by Municipal
Corporation. |
